Centre Manager
Jessica Jonker
The Centre Manager oversees the daily operations of Oasis Haven, ensuring that the home provides a safe, nurturing, and well-managed environment for all children. This role includes supervising staff, managing resources, ensuring compliance with child protection regulations, coordinating programs, and maintaining high standards of care and wellbeing for every child.

Fundraising and Marketing Coordinator
Nyeleti Shilenge
The Fundraising and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for securing financial support and raising awareness of Oasis Haven’s mission. This includes developing fundraising campaigns, building relationships with donors and sponsors, managing social media and marketing initiatives, organizing events, and promoting community engagement to support the sustainability of children’s homes.

Operations Manager
Qondani Tshuma
The Operations Manager ensures the efficient functioning of Oasis Haven’s facilities, services, and administrative processes. Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance, procurement, budgeting, logistics, health and safety compliance, and operational planning to ensure that the home runs smoothly and effectively.
Designated Social Worker
Galit Mordecai
The Designated Social Worker provides professional social work services to the children in care. This includes conducting assessments, developing care plans, facilitating family reunification where appropriate, monitoring children’s wellbeing, preparing statutory reports, and ensuring compliance with child protection legislation and welfare standards.

Auxiliary Social Worker
Talent Mayisa
The Auxiliary Social Worker supports the Designated Social Worker in delivering quality care and support services to children. Responsibilities include assisting with case management, conducting home visits, facilitating life skills programs, providing emotional support, maintaining records, and helping to ensure that each child’s developmental and social needs are met.
